Sushama Sharma is a first-generation entrepreneur who began her entrepreneurial journey after retiring from a long career in banking. With experience spanning teaching sales marketing and IT she ultimately built her expertise in commercial banking where she led the retail and institutional divisions. Today she is the founder of two growing ventures Phool Prasadh a company producing incense sticks from floral waste and Himalayan Tranquility a premium tea business. Both ventures began as product ideas and have steadily progressed with rising local market presence and expanding opportunities for scale.
Sushama believes in perseverance hard work and a positive mindset as the foundation for success. Her experiences during the pandemic further reinforced the value of mental stability and resilience in navigating uncertainty. Through every challenge she remains committed to advancing her businesses contributing to industry and community organizations and creating meaningful impact through her leadership and entrepreneurial drive.
Shashanka Wasti (Chief Financial Officer)
Shashanka Wasti is a finance professional with experience in mergers acquisitions and cross-border strategy. His work with EY’s Strategy and Transactions team strengthened his analytical foundation and gave him expertise in financial modeling commercial evaluation and strategic assessment. This background allows him to approach business decisions with clarity and guide organizations through complex financial considerations.
At Phool Prasad Shashanka serves in an advisory capacity supporting the company with financial insight market evaluation and long-term strategic planning. He helps assess growth opportunities refine operational priorities and strengthen decision-making as the venture scales. His strategic perspective contributes to the company’s development and supports its mission of building a sustainable and impactful business.
Sambid Wasti (Data Systems Analyst)
Sambid Wasti is a data systems analyst with experience in scientific research instrumentation and end-to-end data operations. With a background in high energy astrophysics and research work conducted at NASA he has built expertise in data engineering analytics workflow automation and system design. He brings a technical and analytical perspective to problem solving combining robust data practices with a clear understanding of how systems scale and interact.
At Phool Prasad Sambid serves in an advisory role supporting the company with data-driven decision-making operational analysis and digital infrastructure development. He helps streamline internal processes improve data visibility and guide technology adoption to strengthen long-term efficiency. His focus on systems automation analytics and organizational clarity contributes to the venture’s ability to grow sustainably and operate with precision.
Grishma Adhikari (Digital Strategy & Customer Experience Specialist)
Grishma Adhikari has two years of experience in sales and customer engagement at Phool Prasad, where she recently expanded her role into digital content management across multiple platforms. Her work supports the company’s communication, product presentation, and online customer experience. She also works remotely as a freelance IT and digital creator, offering logo design, data entry, website design, and front end development services that strengthen her technical and creative foundation.
Grishma is currently pursuing her BCSIT at ACE Institute of Management and is focused on building strong digital and technical skills. She brings a growing interest in technology and combines it with practical experience from both her freelance work and her responsibilities at Phool Prasad. Her goal is to create meaningful digital solutions, enhance user experience, and contribute to the company’s expanding digital presence.
